Rescue & refuge
A safe home for cows with nowhere else to go — the first and most important thing we do.
Everything we do begins with the herd. Around that centre, we work quietly for the land and the community that sustain it.
Rescue, shelter, nourishment and healing — the daily work that keeps our cows safe and cared for.
We take in cows that have been abandoned, left destitute, injured or grown too old to be kept. Each one is given a clean, secure place to rest — protected from harsh heat and heavy monsoon rain.
Green fodder and dry fodder, nutritious feed and clean water keep the herd healthy through every season. When a cow falls ill or arrives injured, veterinary attention and treatment follow.
A safe home for cows with nowhere else to go — the first and most important thing we do.
Fodder and feed grown and provided with care, so no cow in our shelter goes hungry.
Veterinary care and steady attention for the injured, the sick and the ageing.
A cow cannot thrive on barren land. So alongside our shelter work, we nurture the environment and the rural community around it — gently, and within our means.
These are the directions our Foundation is committed to growing into as our capacity increases.
Your support keeps the fodder coming, the shelter standing and the medicine ready.
